Customer Success Manager
My primarily responsibilities was to the manage over 100 US based SMEs accounts. Outside of these responsibilities I contributed to creating a new product led growth customer success team structure. Like wise my other achievements included:
- Created a KPI dashboard measuring customer product data
- Heavily involved in the recruitment process to grow the team from 7 to 12
- Created a structure user testing programme for the company's new complex no-code solution
- Constructed the Customer Success Team software workflow maximising automation in our workflow
Strategic Account Manager
Managed SME and Enterprise level accounts across Europe whilst working in the Warsaw, then Amsterdam office.
- Growing and retaining 100% of customers that were acquired in the Benelux region
- Training new employees and providing frequent consultation to young Account Managers
- Strategically focused of customer journey orchestration, offsite communication tactics, optimising oncoming traffic, design consultation, and A/B testing
Intern CEE Public Policy Advisory
Completing various tasks to support the department in completing contracted projects. Shortly worked under the Financial Crime unit.
- Creating information database for the CEE Public Policy Advisory team
- Initial research and proof-reading the Development Bank of Romania report
- Inputting training data for A.C.E an AI program that identifies negative reporting
- Translating numerous reports and project proposals from Polish to English
Trainee Import Customer Service
Working alongside the Container Import team to process and release containers to Polish customers importing containers from the German ports of Hamburg and Bremerhaven.
- Building close relationships with agents employed in logistics firms
- Responsible for the organising and handling of TMS documents
